In-person Interview

We save you 32.25 hours per employee!

Here's how:

  • Posting on job boards - 1.5 hours
    • Write ad copy and post to multiple job boards, on average we receive about 250 resumes.
  • Reviewing Resumes and Application - 20 hours
    • Reports have found that recruitors are spending 6 seconds per resume for just 250 that's 25 minutes. We spend about 5 minutes per resumes to ensure we don't miss out on the perfect candidate, that's over 20 hours.
  • Pre-screening Candidates - 2 hours
    • Pre-screening of over 8 candidates take up about 2 hours.
  • Interview Prep - 1.25 hours
    • Scheduling interviews and preparing questions of 6 unique candidates takes up about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Interviewing and Wrapping Up - 7.5 hours
    • Initial interview, testing, reference checks, final interviews, contacting new applicants, and making offer of employment takes up about 7.5 hours.
